Q - CAN I GET MY IFTA PROCESSED AT YOUR LOCATION(S)?
A - Unfortunately, at this time, Tallahassee is the only agency that can handle IFTA processing and transactions. We do offer the printable application on our forms page for you to print, fill out and send to Tallahassee.
Q - I AM MISSING A DOCUMENT, CAN YOU STILL PROCESS MY APPLICATION?
A - If you are missing one or two documents, we will continue to process your application and suspend your account for the needed document(s). We do this in an effort to speed up the process for you; we process, suspend for the necessary documents, send you the invoice at which time you will know how much is due and what is needed to issue your credentials. If we do need any documents before we can issue your credentials we will list in detail what is needed on your invoice, at which time you would just send the needed documents to payment@csatag.com once you have made your payment.
Please note that if we have to place a suspension on the account, there will be a $15 suspension fee.
Q - CAN I GET MY TITLE WORK COMPLETED AT YOUR AGENCY?
A - We do not handle title work in office. We recommend that you have all of your title work completed before starting with IRP to speed up the process but both of our offices do work closely with our local DMV's for our clients convenience if anything is needed on arrival.
Q - DO I NEED TO REGISTER MY TRAILER AT YOUR OFFICE?
A - No, your trailer registration is issued by your local DMV.
Q - CAN YOUR LOCATIONS CLEAR STOPS?
A - We cannot clear stops issued by the state or the DMV. We are happy to assist you in getting these stops cleared to the best of our abilities and answer any questions you might have.
Q - HOW LONG IS AN IRP REGISTRATION GOOD FOR?
A - IRP Registrations are active for one year. You must renew your account every year before the expiration date on your cab card to avoid the late penalty (the state allows you to renew up to 3 months early). Please keep in mind that your renewal month does not change, all your vehicles will expire at the same time.
Example: If your renewal month is October and you add a vehicle in July, the new vehicle will still expire on October 31st.
Q - I SUBMITTED ALL THE DOCUMENTS ONLINE, HOW LONG UNTIL I GET MY CREDENTIALS?
A - Our standard processing time is 5 - 7 Business days or 1 - 4 Business days if you request the expedited processing, during this time you will receive your invoice. Once your invoice is paid and your label is received in our payments department, your credentials will be issued. In our payments department we have a same day shipment guarantee if your payment is received before noon. After that time, we still work hard to get all payments from the day out but if we are busy and cannot get to it, your credentials will be issued the following business day. Please keep in mind that if you have a suspension on your invoice, we must receive the required documents before we can issue your credentials.
.Q - HOW DO I GET A PREPAID SHIPPING LABEL?
